1. Acceptance of Terms

By creating an account and experiencing Aradhana: Digitizing the Way the World Event Hosts. A modern digital Event Host platform, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by this Agreement. This applies to all actions taken on the platform, including designing invitations, managing RSVPs, listing events on our marketplace, or selling/purchasing tickets. We reserve the right to modify these terms at any time, with updates taking effect immediately upon posting to Aradhana.lk.

2. Scope of Services (The Six Core Pillars)

Aradhana provides a comprehensive event management ecosystem. Your use of the Service encompasses six primary operational areas:

• 2.1. Create & Send Stunning Digital Invitations: Users may design beautiful invitation cards using our tools and templates to instantly distribute them to guests across any communication platform.
• 2.2. Build Smart Event Pages: Users can build dedicated event web pages hosting all details, media, location maps, and interactive calendar integrations.
• 2.3. Manage Registrations & RSVP Effortlessly: The platform provides real-time tracking, attendee registration collection, and guest-list management tools for event hosts.
• 2.4. Invite, Promote & Sell Tickets: Hosts can invite guests, execute event promotions, and sell digital entry tickets directly from one centralized platform.
• 2.5. Event Marketplace Visibility: Registered events may be showcased to a wider public audience through Aradhana’s built-in event marketplace.
• 2.6. Seamless Entry with QR & Gate Management: The Service offers QR-based ticket generation, live gate scanning capabilities, and real-time attendee tracking for smooth venue access.

3. Licensing & Use of Templates

Aradhana offers customizable digital templates for wedding invites and event pages. When you purchase or acquire a template (free or premium paid packages):

• Single Event License: Each transaction grants a non-transferable, revocable, single-event license to customize and distribute the digital invitation to your specific guest list.
• Restrictions: You strictly may not resell, sublicense, modify to distribute as standalone stock components, or claim intellectual property ownership of our core design assets and source code.

4. Data Privacy, RSVPs, and Guest Lists

When utilizing our RSVP and registration management tools:

• Host Responsibility: As an event host, you are solely responsible for ensuring you have obtained explicit, lawful consent from your guests before inputting their personal data (including names, phone numbers, and email addresses) into our database.
• Data Processing: We process all guest information strictly on your behalf to execute RSVP checks, automated updates, and gate check-ins in compliance with applicable data privacy best practices.

5. Banking, Ticket Sales, and Financial Transactions

All financial components of the platform are strictly governed under the following terms:

• Financial Handling: All payment gateway routing, banking collections, escrow, and money transfers are processed securely by Duovate International (Pvt) Ltd.
• Service Fees: Aradhana collects service fees, platform commissions, or processing percentages on paid event tickets. These fees are transparently itemized at checkout and are non-refundable.
• Refund Policies: Event hosts are exclusively responsible for establishing and publishing their own refund policies. Neither Aradhana nor Duovate International (Pvt) Ltd is responsible for issuing refunds to buyers or mediating transactional disputes between hosts and ticket purchasers.

6. QR Gate Security & Entry Disclaimer

Each digital ticket generated by the platform is paired with a unique, secure QR code.

• Venue Control: Hosts are entirely responsible for the physical deployment of the Aradhana QR checking tool at entry gates and the professional verification of attendees.
• Limitation: Aradhana provides the tracking software but does not guarantee the identity or behavior of ticket holders, and holds no liability for venue access disputes, capacity issues, or physical security breaches at the event.

7. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Aradhana and its parent company, Duovate International (Pvt) Ltd, shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages. This includes, without limitation, loss of profits, data, goodwill, or other intangible losses arising out of or in connection with your access to, use of, or inability to use our platform or marketplace services.
